There's a band playing... That day we had a drawing competition for kids, a marathon walk event and some other stuff.. So the band would play in between different category announcement of the winners and award presentation as well as lucky draw...

What a tiring day.. coz we had to clean up afterwards.. LOL

We don't seem to have that here, but when I used to volunteer with the Red Cross, someone from FEMA gave a talk about bird flu and said they were going to cooperate with the Red Cross to give vaccines if a pandemic started. I don't trust FEMA at all.

Good point, I saw a David Attenborough show where they showed Bower Birds getting critical over their basket weaving. Just shows that its difficult to draw the line between sentience and non sentience. But thats a philosophy discussion.
